The returns are in and MCAO employees raised $3,470 to support Arizona BrainFood during the Fall Casual Day Campaign.
Arizona Brainfood is a non-profit organization that discreetly provides a backpack of food every Friday to feed hungry school children on the weekends so that each child can return to school on Monday mentally aware and physically able to concentrate. Arizona BrainFood is run by a team of volunteers who work in a donated warehouse. 115 schools currently participate in the program and they serve 3,600 students every weekend.
Each season, MCAO staff donate to select charities in the county and in return, they can wear jeans to work one day a week. If you would like to donate or provide your support for this great cause, please visit AzBrainfood.org
